- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once the beef is cooked, gently add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the garlic butter and beef.
- Stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and coats the pasta evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
