Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Once the beef is cooked, gently add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the garlic butter and beef.
  5. Stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and coats the pasta evenly.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
