Description

A heartwarming one-skillet meal featuring tender steak bites and crispy potatoes, infused with rich garlic and butter flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the halved baby potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until tender and golden, about 10-15 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the steak bites, searing them on all sides until browned and cooked to your liking (about 3-5 minutes for medium).
  4. Fold the cooked potatoes back into the skillet, stirring to meld flavors.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley right before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead by preparing steak bites and potatoes separately for easy reheating. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
