Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
