Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, olive oil, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. The oil and creamy mayo will create a luscious dressing that envelops the pasta beautifully.
