Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (or other fruits of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk (optional, for a creamier texture)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, fresh fruits, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add milk if a creamier texture is desired and blend again until fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer for at least 240-360 minutes.
  5. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
