Description

A refreshing salad featuring crisp lettuce, juicy cherry tomatoes, and invigorating green onions, perfect for warmer days.


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 2 cups of crisp lettuce (your choice!)
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the green onions, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss gently until everything is well coated. Serve immediately and enjoy!
