- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and sauté until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, stirring well to coat everything.
- Cook for a few more minutes until heated through and flavors meld together.
- Serve over warm cooked rice or noodles, and enjoy!
Notes
