Description

A cozy treat of warm, buttery mini croissant sandwiches filled with creamy cheese and savory ham, topped with a zesty Dijon honey glaze.


Ingredients

  • 12 mini croissants
  • 6 slices of ham, folded
  • 6 slices of cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the mini croissants in half, revealing their flaky, tender interiors.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese inside each croissant, tucking them in lovingly.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, honey, and melted butter until well combined.
  5. Brush the mixture over the tops of the filled croissants.
  6. Arrange the croissants on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden.
