- 6 slices of ham, folded

- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the mini croissants in half, revealing their flaky, tender interiors.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese inside each croissant, tucking them in lovingly.
- In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, honey, and melted butter until well combined.
- Brush the mixture over the tops of the filled croissants.
- Arrange the croissants on a baking sheet.
