Instructions
- Begin by grilling or pan-cooking the chicken breast until it’s fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- While the chicken sizzles, combine the corn, black beans, diced red bell pepper, and halved cherry tomatoes in a large bowl.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and gently toss everything together.
