Instructions

- Whisk together the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and applesauce until smooth and creamy.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined, creating a tender batter.

- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
