Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup white vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine sliced cucumbers and onions in a large bowl.
  2. Bring sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard seeds, and celery seeds to a boil in a saucepan.
  3. Pour the hot mixture over the cucumbers and onions.
  4. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving.
