Description

Indulgent no-bake truffles infused with the soothing flavors of honey and lavender, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 12 tablespoons dried lavender
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 8 oz white chocolate (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream and dried lavender in a saucepan over medium heat until it simmers. Remove from heat and let it infuse for about 15 minutes. Strain the mixture to remove the lavender.
  2. Pour the hot cream over the chopped white chocolate in a bowl and let it sit for a few minutes to melt. Stir until smooth and silky.
  3. Add honey to the mixture and stir until well combined, infusing every morsel with sweet floral notes.
  4. Refrigerate for about 120 minutes or until the mixture is firm enough to scoop.
  5. Once firm, scoop out small amounts of the truffle mixture and roll them into balls.
  6. Melt the additional white chocolate for coating. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and let them set on a parchment-lined tray.
  7. Allow to cool completely before serving.

Notes

These truffles can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. They last about a week in an airtight container.
