Description

A cozy weeknight dinner, these Low-Carb Keto Cheeseburger Stuffed Peppers bring all the flavors of a cheeseburger without the carbs.


Ingredients

  • Mini peppers
  • Ground beef
  • Cheese (your favorite type)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until cooked.
  4. Stuff the halved peppers with the ground beef mixture.
  5. Top each stuffed pepper with a sprinkle of cheese.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm.
