Ingredients
- Mini peppers
- Ground beef
- Cheese (your favorite type)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until cooked.
- Stuff the halved peppers with the ground beef mixture.
- Top each stuffed pepper with a sprinkle of cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Prepare in advance and store in the fridge for easy baking any night. Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
