Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat until it shimmers softly.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chickpeas, cumin, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk and stir well to blend the flavors.
  5. Let it simmer for 10 minutes to meld the flavors.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes
