Description

Gooey, chocolatey Marshmallow Brownies are a cozy indulgence, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove it from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Beat in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until you have a smooth batter. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly to all corners.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff on top of the brownie batter. Use a knife to swirl it into the brownies.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for a bit before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For clean cuts, use a plastic knife or spray your knife with cooking spray before slicing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or one week in the refrigerator.
