- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove it from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Beat in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until you have a smooth batter. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter into your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly to all corners.
- Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff on top of the brownie batter. Use a knife to swirl it into the brownies.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool in the pan for a bit before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
