- 1 cup mint chocolate chips
- 1 cup chocolate frosting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a large saucepan.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
- Fold in the mint chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool slightly, then frost with chocolate frosting.
- Cut into squares and serve.
