Ingredients

- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- A few drops of green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and peppermint extract until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add a few drops of green food coloring, if desired, and mix until blended.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Process in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency or store in the freezer for a firmer texture.
