Description

A refreshing and creamy homemade ice cream with mint and chocolate chips, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • A few drops of green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and peppermint extract until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Add a few drops of green food coloring, if desired, and mix until blended.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  5. Process in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency or store in the freezer for a firmer texture.
