Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and walnuts in another bowl to make the crumb topping.
- Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the crumb mixture generously on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
