Description

A delightful no-bake dessert with creamy peanut butter mousse, a crispy graham cracker crust, and rich chocolate ganache. Perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until well blended in another bowl.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mousse over the graham cracker crust, smoothing it out evenly.
  5. Heat ½ cup of heavy cream until just boiling, then pour it over the chocolate chips in a bowl. Let it sit for a minute before stirring until smooth and glossy.
  6. Pour the ganache over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set. Serve chilled, and enjoy!
