- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup powdered sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Mix together the peanut butter and honey until well combined.
- Stir in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract if desired.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Cut into squares or bars and serve.
Notes
These treats can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version.
