Description

A creamy, dreamy no-bake cheesecake that captures the essence of summer with delightful orange flavor and a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup orange slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a solid crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate it until no streaks remain.
