- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup orange slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a solid crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and fluffy.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate it until no streaks remain.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust, smoothing the top evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight until the cheesecake has fully set.
