Description

A rich and creamy no-bake dessert featuring layers of peanut butter mousse and silky chocolate ganache that delights any crowd.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for mousse)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
  2. Beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until evenly combined.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mousse over the crust evenly, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a saucepan until just simmering. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until smooth and glossy. Let it cool slightly, then pour over the peanut butter layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set. Slice and serve with a smile!

Notes

Feel free to customize with jam, M&Ms, or nuts on top. Make-ahead and store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
