A rich and creamy no-bake dessert featuring layers of peanut butter mousse and silky chocolate ganache that delights any crowd.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream (for mousse)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
- Beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until evenly combined.
- Spread the peanut butter mousse over the crust evenly, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a saucepan until just simmering. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until smooth and glossy. Let it cool slightly, then pour over the peanut butter layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set. Slice and serve with a smile!
Notes
Feel free to customize with jam, M&Ms, or nuts on top. Make-ahead and store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
