Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the rolled oats and protein powder until combined.
  3. Add the nut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the mixture comes together.
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips, if desired.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
