Ingredients

- 1/2 cup protein powder (your favorite flavor)
- 1/2 cup nut butter (e.g., peanut or almond)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together the rolled oats and protein powder until combined.
- Add the nut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the mixture comes together.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips, if desired.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden. Allow to cool before enjoying.
