Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Combine the elbow macaroni, water, and butter in a large pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.
  3. Lower the heat to low and stir in the milk, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Continue to cook, stirring regularly, until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
