Description

A delightful twist on crispy chicken, featuring the zesty tang of dill pickle ranch dressing for a flavorful and easy weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickle ranch dressing
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or the oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with dill pickle ranch dressing.
  4. Mix grated parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
  5. Press each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
