Ingredients
Scale
- 1 recipe Homemade Lemonade (or 8 cups of your favorite lemonade)
- 4–5 fresh peaches
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint + more for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare your homemade lemonade according to the directions or pour your favorite store-bought lemonade into a pitcher, then set aside to chill.
- Wash and slice the fresh peaches, removing the pit, and reserve ¼ of the peach slices for the pitcher and garnish.
- Combine the remaining peach slices with 1 cup of the prepared lemonade mixture and the fresh mint in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blended mixture through a fine strainer or sieve into a pitcher for a thinner peach lemonade.
- Add the remaining lemonade to the pitcher and stir gently to combine all that fruity goodness.
- Garnish your pitcher with fresh peach and lemon slices, and serve in glasses adorned with mint and additional peach slices.
- Optional: Add ice to the pitcher or pour the lemonade over ice in individual cups to avoid dilution.
Notes
