Ingredients

- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp fine sea salt
- Zest of ½ lime
- Ice
- 1 ½ oz tequila (blanco or reposado)
- ½ oz coconut liqueur (or Cointreau)
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- ¼–½ oz agave syrup (or simple syrup)
- 1 oz canned coconut milk (or ½ oz coconut cream)
- Garnish: pineapple wedge, lime slice, pineapple leaf (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your glass by brushing the rim with agave syrup and setting aside. Mix fine sea salt and lime zest on a small plate, then dip the rim into the mixture to coat. Fill the glass with ice.
- Combine tequila, coconut rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, agave syrup, and coconut milk in a cocktail shaker. If the coconut milk is thick, use a milk frother to blend it smoothly.
- Add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for a few seconds until well mixed.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a slice of lime. Enjoy your tropical escape!
Notes
Make-ahead mix can be stored in the fridge without ice. Consume leftovers within 2-3 days for the best flavor.
