- 2 lbs Chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 stick Butter
- 8–10 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons Red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup Fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine the chicken with the olive oil and all the seasoning ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well to coat.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers, making sure they are evenly spaced.
- Grill the skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has those perfect grill marks.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add the minced garlic, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley; cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the skewers and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
Marinate the chicken skewers in advance for deeper flavor. Wooden skewers should be soaked in water before grilling.
