- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onions and minced garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant for about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks, until browned and fully cooked through for approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Add the chopped cabbage, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring well to combine all the ingredients.
- Cover the skillet and let everything simmer over low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.
