Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onions and minced garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks, until browned and fully cooked through for approximately 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring well to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Cover the skillet and let everything simmer over low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.
