- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Toss in the asparagus and mushrooms, cooking until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and stir to combine, coating all ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
