Description

A cozy and quick stir-fry featuring shrimp, asparagus, and mushrooms in a savory soy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Toss in the asparagus and mushrooms, cooking until tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and stir to combine, coating all ingredients.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
