- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for 1 minute.
- Add sliced zucchini and soy sauce, and cook until zucchini is tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Notes
