- 1 loaf of French bread
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise, and scoop out some of the insides to create a bowl shape.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously inside each half of the bread.
- Fill each bread bowl with the cooked spaghetti, making sure to pack it in nicely. Top with any remaining garlic butter mixture.
- Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the bread is golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
Notes
Make-ahead option: Prepare the garlic butter mixture a day in advance. The scooped-out bread can be used for croutons.
