Description

Indulge in the comforting delight of spaghetti served in crispy, buttery garlic bread bowls—perfect for family dinners!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise, and scoop out some of the insides to create a bowl shape.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously inside each half of the bread.
  5. Fill each bread bowl with the cooked spaghetti, making sure to pack it in nicely. Top with any remaining garlic butter mixture.
  6. Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the bread is golden brown and slightly crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!

Notes

Make-ahead option: Prepare the garlic butter mixture a day in advance. The scooped-out bread can be used for croutons.
