Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until fragrant and well combined.
- Meanwhile, steam the broccoli and bell peppers until just tender, keeping them vibrant and crisp.
- In meal prep containers, evenly divide the cooked brown rice or quinoa, seasoned beef, and steamed vegetables.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
