Description

A warm and cheesy dip made with spicy Italian sausage, creamy cheeses, and peppers, perfect for game nights and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced banana peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced cherry peppers
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Reduce heat slightly and add the minced garlic, cooking for an additional minute.
  3. Stir in the cream cheese, allowing it to melt and combine with the sausage.
  4. Incorporate the sour cream and mozzarella cheese, mixing until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the diced banana peppers and cherry peppers, stirring gently to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and serve immediately with tortilla chips or bread.
