- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add the chopped jalapenos and cook for a few more minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, cream cheese, corn, and smoked paprika.
- Continue to cook until the cream cheese is melted and the soup is heated through.
- Mix in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
