Description
Delicious grilled steak kabobs with marinated beef and fresh vegetables, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb beef steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb all that delicious flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, giving it enough time to get nice and hot.
- Thread the marinated beef and veggies onto the skewers, alternating between them for a colorful presentation.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the veggies are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy your Father’s Day dinner or any cozy gathering!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding lemon juice, jalapeños, or herbs to the marinade. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days.
