Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside in a bowl.
  2. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about a minute until fragrant and golden.
  4. Add the bite-sized pieces of chicken breast, season with salt and pepper; cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and honey, then pour over the cooked chicken in the pan.
  6. Stir to coat the chicken thoroughly in the sauce, allowing it to thicken slightly.
  7. Toss in the drained noodles to the pan, mixing everything until the noodles are well coated in the sauce.
  8. Serve hot, garnished generously with chopped green onions.
