Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside in a bowl.

- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about a minute until fragrant and golden.
- Add the bite-sized pieces of chicken breast, season with salt and pepper; cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and honey, then pour over the cooked chicken in the pan.
- Stir to coat the chicken thoroughly in the sauce, allowing it to thicken slightly.
- Toss in the drained noodles to the pan, mixing everything until the noodles are well coated in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished generously with chopped green onions.
