- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green onions until well combined. Form into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Add broccoli florets to the baking sheet around the meatballs.
- Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a separate bowl. Pour this sauce over the meatballs and broccoli.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
- Serve over rice or noodles, allowing the sauce to drench every bite.
