- 1 package of Oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Oreo Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with a tablespoon of melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are slightly damp.
- Layer the Crust: Take about half of your Oreo mixture and layer it at the bottom of serving cups or a large bowl, pressing it down gently.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Mix the Cream Cheese Filling: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth. Then, gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- Assemble the Layers: On top of the Oreo crust, spoon in a layer of the cream cheese mixture, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries. Repeat until filled.
- Chill and Serve: Cover the cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes. Garnish with remaining Oreo crumbs and fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
