Description

Soft, chewy cookies packed with chocolate chips, crunchy pecans, and flowing caramel, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chocolate batter
  • 1/2 cup caramel pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients gradually, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate batter, caramel pieces, pecans, and chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a nut-free option, substitute pecans with sunflower seeds. These cookies freeze well for later enjoyment.
