- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well until fully incorporated.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined to avoid overmixing.
- Stir in the sour cream and lemon juice until the mixture is silky and smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center remains slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly ajar for at least 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
