Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well until fully incorporated.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined to avoid overmixing.
  5. Stir in the sour cream and lemon juice until the mixture is silky and smooth.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it out evenly.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center remains slightly jiggly.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly ajar for at least 1 hour.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
