- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- Cornstarch for dusting
Instructions
- Mix the glutinous rice flour and sugar together until well combined.
- Gradually add in the watermelon juice and water, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mochi mixture into a steaming dish lined with parchment paper.
- Steam for about 20 minutes, or until the mochi is set.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust your hands with cornstarch and cut the mochi into bite-sized pieces.
