- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, eggs, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the mixture onto a greased pizza pan to form a lovely, thick crust.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are beautifully golden.
- Remove from the oven and add your favorite sauce and toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to customize the toppings to suit your taste, and use a pizza cutter dipped in warm water for perfect slices.
