A warm, gooey indulgence that combines the flavors of s’mores and chocolate chip cookies, baked in a skillet for easy sharing.

- 1 cup salted butter
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 2 tbsp heavy cream, room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract or paste
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped Hershey’s milk chocolate bar
- 4 sheets graham crackers, crushed
- 2 sheets graham crackers, broken into bite-size pieces
- 8–10 marshmallows
- Vanilla bean ice cream (for serving)
- Flaky sea salt (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the salted butter, avocado oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the heavy cream and vanilla until well combined.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped milk chocolate, and crushed graham crackers.
- Spread half of the dough into a greased skillet.
- Place the bite-size graham cracker pieces and marshmallows on top, then cover with the remaining dough.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool slightly, then serve warm topped with vanilla bean ice cream and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
