Description

A warm, gooey indulgence that combines the flavors of s’mores and chocolate chip cookies, baked in a skillet for easy sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream, room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract or paste
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup chopped Hershey’s milk chocolate bar
  • 4 sheets graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 sheets graham crackers, broken into bite-size pieces
  • 810 marshmallows
  • Vanilla bean ice cream (for serving)
  • Flaky sea salt (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the salted butter, avocado oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the heavy cream and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped milk chocolate, and crushed graham crackers.
  6. Spread half of the dough into a greased skillet.
  7. Place the bite-size graham cracker pieces and marshmallows on top, then cover with the remaining dough.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Cool slightly, then serve warm topped with vanilla bean ice cream and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
